For the winning team representing Thailand to participate on the international stage.

Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate students (2nd or 3rd year) in regular programs from related fields such as Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Applied Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.
- Each team must consist of 4 members: 1 advisor and 3 students (from the same or different disciplines).
- Each advisor may only supervise one team to ensure fairness and to allow advisors to fully support their respective teams.
- After registration, the organizing team will verify participant eligibility and inform the results via email within 7 working days.
Competition Category
Creative Engineering Design thinking for Sustainable Systems
Theme: Solving Carbon Reduction Challenges in Thai Industry with Engineering Expertise, Utilizing Mitsubishi Electric Factory Automation Solutions and Products.
The competition aims to encourage students to design and develop innovative systems to reduce carbon emissions in Thailand's industrial sector, combining engineering knowledge with advanced Mitsubishi Electric Factory Automation technologies, including automation control, data analytics, and digital simulation.
Recommended tools and products include:
- GX Works3: PLC programming software
- GT Designer3: HMI screen design software
- SoftGOT2000: PC-based HMI control software
- MELSOFT MaiLab: AI-powered data analysis tool
- MELSOFT 3D GEMINI: Digital twin for production simulation
- GENESIS64: Real-time monitoring and process control system (SCADA Dashboard)
Participants must present practical and innovative concepts suitable for real industrial applications, focusing on creativity, technical accuracy, environmental impact, and feasibility.

- Royal Trophy from Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn
- Represent Thailand in MECA Global in Japan, 2026
- 1st Prize: 100,000 THB
- 2nd Prize: 50,000 THB
- 2 Consolation Prizes: 20,000 THB each
- Popular Vote Idea Award: 10,000 THB
- Internship opportunities at Mitsubishi Electric Factory Automation and potential for further research and development projects

Registration is open to students and advisors from June 1 to June 30, 2025.

Advisors are required to register and create a team first. After that, students may register and select their respective team name from the list provided in the system.
(If a team name cannot be found, it indicates that the advisor has not yet registered the team.)

Required documents for registration:
- For Advisors: A copy of government official or employee ID card and a copy of national ID card.
- For Students: A copy of student ID card and a copy of national ID card.

Upon successful registration, please await verification of documents by the organizing team.
Applicants can check their registration status via the email address provided during registration.

In the event that any information or documents are incomplete or incorrect, the system will send an email notification to the registered email address requesting corrections.
Corrections must be made by June 30, 2025.

If the organizing team finds that the documents do not meet the required criteria, the registration will be automatically cancelled.
The organizing team reserves the right to accept only applicants who fully comply with the eligibility requirements.
